In the Plex Movie primary agent, there’s a FanArt.TV plugin you can enable.
Also might need to go into settings of it, in order to enter an API key

That’s correct, you can enable the Fanart.TV agent under Movies → Plex Movie, or Movies → The Movie Database (and Shows → TheTVDB or Shows → The Movie Database for TV libraries). There is no need to enter an API key, it works out of the box.
