Lately, when I try to fast forward commercials, something has been going wrong. I press skip 3 times, it says 90 on the screen, and then when it loads, I am back in the middle of the episode. If I press skip back, nothing happens. It can’t go back unless I stop the recording and start it again. When I do so, instead of 90 seconds, I have usually skipped ahead about 6 or 7 minutes.
It has happened repeatedly while watching shows from the CW, which also cut out parts of the show if I use the actual commercial skip feature in the DVR itself.
This problem started BEFORE the new skip intro feature was introduced. It has been going on for at least a month.
