Long time problem I have not mentioned before, nor seen. When playing back DVR recordings (playing direct from Linux server (Ubuntu 18.04), when I skip ahead to skip commercials, but go too far and try to go back, the skip back button (on screen and arrow keys), it often goes forward instead. When that happens, I can usually skip back by clicking on the show timeline, but I have to way overshoot. It seems to skip back to where I click and then jump forward a bit.
Editing to add that also skipping ahead often crashes Plex so that I have to stop playback and restart. I haven’t paid enough attention to say if they’re always related, but seemed worth mentioning.
I also use a Firestick. I don’t recall seeing either of the above be an issue with the Amazon App.
