I use PLEX on IOS, I guess Android phone should have the same issue. There is no user setting to define how many seconds you want to fast forward nor backward. The setting for fast forwarding/backward didn’t change for YEARS.
Recent new mobile video player mostly support finger dragging to fast forward/backward. Basically, you just need to put your finger on any part of the screen, drag your finger to the right to fast forward and drag to the left will go backward. You can control exactly how much you want to forward and adjustment down to second. You don’t even need to put your finger on the progress bar, just anywhere on the screen and drag your finger.
Anyway we can see something like this in PLEX mobile app? This feature is way overdue given the fact that the fast forward/backward setting didn’t change in YEARS.
