You need to do this on the Roku itself, not in the web app. All the steps you need are here:
Same. It’s happening with my content in general all the sudden, seems about a week or two ago now. I have MPEG-2 on and have for at least a year now, it never caused issues for me previously (and I absolutely need it for some older content to look the way I like it, so I’ve never turned it off)
