Feature: Allow remote viewers to make a request to the server

I think it would be great if a remote viewer ie: My brother in the military overseas, could easily request lets say a movie to be placed on the server. The request is then seen by the server admin on their end.

Ye i thought about something like this, at the moment i just use a ticket system script that runs on my server also.
