PGS subtitle support. Right now a movies needs transcoding if enabling a PGS subtitle.
DTS-HD Passthru
Dolby TrueHD passthru
VC1 support.
VOBSUB support.

Since when was VC-1 not supported? I’m sure it direct play’s.

DTS-HD MA / TrueHD is coming.

Yeah. With VC1 theres sound but no picture. Tried several movies. And ive even tried forced direct play.
But the most pressing on is PGS.

I’m pretty sure I’ve played my Batman movies (they are VC-1) on my Shield TV and had audio, but I will verify that tonight.

It definitely does. House M.D bluray rips play just fine, Direct Played.

Well i have a handful of movies that does not work. They work fine in VLC, MPC and even PHT… But not on this ugly looking android app.

Can you post the mediainfo on a few of them?

Please add Audio Normalization, I have HK Soundstick plugged into my TV and without audio normalization it is horrible to watch something…

i quite like the way the android app is layed out.

I use the voice control alot and found it awesome for navigation!

yeah theres nothing wrong with the layout and the voice control works well. But it’s one big mess and i often loose track of where i am. Its a clunky mess. It often leads to i exit plex accidentally cause i dont know where i am. And it takes so many many cliks before i can get to “All movies” I dont know why PLEX favours recommended and “more like this”. I ALREADY KNOW, I PUT THEM THERE. Its like thye are trying to do a netflix thing where the user does not know what movies are there. But this is MY collection. I freaking know whats there.

Direct play set at “auto”.
Video never starts and no sound and promts me with an error to restart shield.

Direct play set at “forced”. No video but sound is ok.
