I would love to have the option for the Music folder views to show files as per the original folder structure on the disk. (no meatdata ,no id3 reading,etc).

I am able to do this easily in both the web client and the Roku client. For example, in the web client when I open my music section there is a "By Folder" button which does just what you describe.
On the Phone app we do not have this option.
Early 2021 clean-up: implemented (set display mode to Folder instead of Artists/Albums/Tracks)
