It would be nice to be able to backup the recording schedule if for some reason you have to reinstall Plex. I realize the libraries might differ in path, but if the paths remain the same, this would be helpful.

It seems on my last reinstall, using this guide support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201370363-Move-an-Install-to-Another-System also brought back my recording schedule.
Would love to know what file(s) the recording schedule lives in - I already set up my new library locations and grabbed metadata on my replacement Linux server and would like to just grab the recording schedule - it’s the only piece I don’t have duplicated currently. If I can just copy the recording schedule, I should be done.

I totally agree on this one and have requested it myself in another thread. It just makes sense and can really help get you up and running after a disastrous hardware failure.
Being able to do this manually makes sense but also a simple PMS web interface button to backup your recording schedule to a file / folder on your desktop would be great.
