Updating Plex Server Hardware, how do i transfer Scheduled recordings

I have seen guides where you can transfer plex to new machine of similar OS but all of the guides seem older than the DVR function. I can resetup DVR easily however is the Scheduled recordings cloud based or how can i transfer. I have Ubuntu based Plex

All of that information is in the same database, so follow the same transfer instructions.
