Feature Request: Ability to select between multiple audio channels and subtitles for multiple episodes in TV shows

I watch a lot of Anime. I generally like to watch them with Japanese audio and Korean subtitles, so I have Plex set up to fetch these settings by default and works great 90% of the time.

Problem is when there are shows I want to let my daughter watch, there’s no good way to auto-select appropriate audio/subtitle settings. She doesn’t understand Japanese, nor read Korean.
So I’d have to either set the audio for Eng if available, or keep it Jpn but set the subtitles for Eng.
For example, if I have a show that has Eng, Jpn audio channels (defaulted to Jpn) with Kor and Eng external (SRT/SMI) subtitles (defaulted to Kor), there’s no way to multi-select all 50 episodes and switch to Eng channel and No subtitles. Going through every episode to change its audio channel and subtitles have been proven very tedious.

Would you guys consider implementing something like this?

Default tracks language setting per library

Hi all, Most movie enthusiasts prefer watching movies in the original language and thus tend to prefer English language tracks. Thus the global Plex setting of defaulting to English language tracks is useful in order to avoid the occasional Dutch or French language surprise. However - for the kids it’s a different story. [Implemented] Control subtitles on a per-series basis

I would love for a way to change all the default subtitles in a TV series at once. In the language settings, I have it to automatically enable subtitles if foreign audio is detected, however it sometimes displays subtitles for my purely-english shows anyways. The only way I have found to turn off subtitles is by manually going into each episode, of each season, of each TV series and selecting the drop-down subtitle box to “None”. If a TV show has 90 episodes… I have to select “None” 90 individu…
