Feature request - add a boarder around the selected video/cover art to make it easier to see what is selected

Improved usability for identifying selected items

I’ll enter different topics for different ideas but they are all related to how the usability can be improved in Plex. I know you guys have made improvements over the years. I don’t quite understand why you don’t make it easier to easily identify which is the selected item. My mom is now 88 years old and often I have to help her through the navigation because it is not evident to her which movie poster is larger.
