Why is there not a way to highlight a selected poster while browsing the library? I find it very difficult to see what’s selected. The only indicator is a slight enlargement of the item i’m currently on. Other plex apps highlight them to make it easier. I have to constantly press up or down or w/e and and try to navigate to what i want because i cannot tell where i’m at.
Something I never noticed until very recently on my Shield and I often move from library to library or show to show but its definitely an issue lately though.
Likewise, just moved to using a shield and it’s hard to tell what’s selected. Definitely prefer the interface on all the other platforms, Roku, LG TV etc.
The ‘Full Powered’ background devouring everything in the foreground doesn’t help either. With that mess going I’d like to have flashing arrows and Police Tape around the selected item.
What a mess.
It does illustrate tho that humans queue visually on movement - 'cause the selected item is invisible until we move something… like rabbits they sit motionless… waiting for an opportunity to FLEE!
