[Feature Request] Add 'Source' info to Home and Library header

Just a minor feature request: Add an option to display the active Source info ‘LibraryName(ServerName)’ on the main Home and Library page headers.

       Home
MyMusic(PlexServer1)

     Library
MyMusic(PlexServer2)

Rationale - I have one Plex Server on a 24/7 server box. I have another as a backup on a laptop which is not 24/7. Depending on the situation, I sometimes switch between Plex servers via ‘Settings->Source’ and would like to see at a quick glance from Home or Library screen the currently active Source info. Even just the ‘LibraryName’ or ‘ServerName’ would help as well. It wouldn’t have to be both.
