Feature Request: Add time to current recording

I happened to notice a sporting event running overtime, so a recording immediately afterwards would likely have been cut off. I tried to add an extra 30 minutes to the recording, but as it was active (or perhaps because another recording on the same channel was scheduled?) it kept the existing recording times. Luckily, the recording after I was able to edit before it started, however it seems like I can only edit the series.

It would be nice if:

  1. I could edit a recording in-progress to extend the recording time.
  2. I could edit just an instance of the recording rather than the series.

Oh boy, I cannot up-vote this one enough. Fox sports ran 10 minutes long last night (1/7/2018) and I missed the last 10 minutes on 2 recordings that followed. I even added 15 minutes to a recording via the web GUI thinking that I had nailed it. The web GUI allowed me to add time, but then apparently ignored my saved change.

So, gee this original request and Ninja acknowledgement are 1 year old. Maybe enough time has passed and it can be added to the to-do list?
