[Feature Request] Allow skip forward/back times to be customisable

Currently skip forward set to 30 seconds and skip back set to 10 seconds on a iOS device and is 60 seconds on my Samsung TV. I am able on the Samsung TV to change the number of seconds for skipping forward / back but not on any other player (iOS or Android).

Can we allow all devices to be able to customize the setting of forward/backward seconds, thanks.
