REQUEST:
Improvments to the managing of DVR recordings to facilitate the automatic removal of recordings even if they have NOT been watched.

REASON:
Refer to reference thread above. This area of PLEX needs to be improved so that it is in line with most other DVR systems and normal user expectations.

I’m looking for support on this issue. If enough people add some weight to this request here we might actually get something done.

Improved functionality like this can only promote the reputation and credibility of PLEX.

Would love to see this as well. As-is, the current implementation is useless for me. I like to record news airings to watch at a later time, but I don’t always watch them. Currently I have the setting enabled to save the latest 3, yet it hasn’t deleted a single one (including the ones I’ve watched).
