[FEATURE REQUEST] Choose the HDR format in files

I having a weird issue with my Dolby Vision TV where the DV plays in black in white Sony 900f) with the native Android TV app and with my 2019 Shield, it would be really nice if we could choose weather or not to use Dolby Vision or regular HDR10 / 10+ and not just have Dolby Vision by default since sometimes it is buggy/ HDR10 looks better on early DV TVs
