[Feature Request] device limit per user account on Multi-User feature

hi,

I recently shared content of my account with friends, but I soon realized they shared their account with many other people.

If I put up a filter by IP,  it puts a limit at Plex services. (dynamic ip for smartphone, tablet etc ...)

So it would be interesting to implement a new feature:

 

"devices limit per user account on Multi-User features"

These are asking for much the same thing and have already gotten some support.  (the second one has over 500 votes in it.)  If you know who the bad user is, take them off the list, or share a small library with a single "You screwed up" video on it.
