No.
Suggestions can be closed if they’re duplicates or if Plex gives a definitive “we won’t implement that” (which they rarely do). Not for a lack of activity.
The only exceptions could be feature suggestions created in other categories and moved to the Feature Suggestions category (with the auto-close timer not being removed by accident). If this happens, those will usually be re-opened.

For the love of God, allow me to show the current play queue as one linear list!!! Breaking it into Back To and Up Next means I have to know when a desired track is in the list. Really? I really need to either have remembered relative positions in a long list?
At least give us an option to replace BackTo/UpNext with a linear list like the web player.
