[Feature Request] Exclude From Sharing By Tag

Currently when sharing a Library you can only select the tags that they are allowed to see, and as long as one allowed tag is in the list, even if others are not, it is shown. In a situation where two tags would change whether I share it with someone, but are not contradictory, I cannot use the current system to differentiate. I would have to create hybrid tags and re-tag everything to differentiate.

Example 1: The first ‘Harry Potter’ movie is rated PG and has practical magic use. For my example system for rating it would be “kid-friendly” but the magic would also give it tag “objectionable” because my grandchildren have access but their parents do not want anything with magic in it. Because everyone on my server is given access to “kid-friendly” the user would be able to see ‘Harry Potter’ when I do not want them to even though it is labeled “objectionable” and that is NOT allowed to their account.

Example 2: There is so much language and violence already in the media, you don’t mind young Gary seeing R rated films. You do, however, mind nudity in those films. You are perfectly content to allow Gary the “R” rating but want to prevent them from watching anything with the “nudity” tag.

Example 3: say that little Sue got in trouble and the family has grounded her from watching a certain movie/show this week as punishment suddenly but everything else on that server is fine to watch (so she has no limitations by tag already). Rather than completely locking out account or allowing EVERY tag except that one, you could make a “bad-sue” and just deny that specific tag.
