Maybe I’m going about this concept the wrong way, but I would like to have an option to exclude certain content from being shared within a library. I know you can define sharing labels and then allow that label to be associated to a user and the content within a library. But when any new items are put into this library they do not automatically appear since they do not have this “sharing tag.” The only way to get the content to appear is to to go in and update the sharing tags on the content.
For example, in my Music library, there are a couple of albums I don’t want my kids to have access to. If I create a tag “safe for kids” and then assign it to all the albums except those they should not see, it works. But as I add new albums. they do not see these. I need to go back in and assign this sharing tag to the new albums. It would be much easier to have a deny tag. Do not share the content in this library with this tag.
Is there a way to do this with the current version? Or can an “Allow All Labels, except X” feature be added?
