I’d love to be able to generate a list of all the movies or TV shows I have, as like an Excel spreadsheet or Word Document list, if I want to share with a friend or compare. I wouldn’t imagine this would be a terribly hard feature to implement. 
Or maybe export to a format Delicious Library 3 can read...
For something you can export to excel:
dir /b /s "C:\My Path to my movie folder" > my_media.txt
You could also install the trakt.tv plugin and it would allow you to share a free trakt.tv account with anyone you like.
They could then view your collection online anytime they like.

You could use a 3rd party media manager that people typically use w/ XBMC like MediaCompanion or Ember
you can also acess the XMLs from the IP:32400/library/section/# pages and then you'd have to clean/parse all the xml.
