The only thing (IMHO) that is missing fom your most excellent program is a go to button…
I don’t know if that is possible with the limitations of appletv, but I use it all the time with my ps3 setup. The go to button on the ps3 is fantastic, you can choose the time (HH:MM:SS) on the movie file and it goes right to it.

You can bring up chapter marks by pressing down on the remote, that allows you to skip forward or back pretty quickly.
