[Feature request] Indexing status + resource monitor

Hi,

I’m combining those two into one request because in my opinion they do have some common parts.
After adding huge batch of tv episodes to Plex I did some rough calculation that indexing all my files including creating BIF it is going to take around 150 hours. My schedule task are set to run for 16h/day in order to finish it as quick as possible. At the end of each batch job, I need to load massive log and search how many files have been indexed.
As I only discovered that yesterday so I have no idea how many files are already done.
I bet information how many files are still there to be indexed is stored somewhere in database, all we need to display it somewhere so we could get a decent overview.
Resource monitor would be also quite handy. I would like to see Plex processes usage (Plex New Transcoder(s)) if it’s running and available hdd space on drive where PMS is installed.
Both features are handy only to those responsible for PMS but I think that’s a nice quality of life improvement.

Check out Plex2CSV in my signature

It can tell you.

Early 2021 clean-up: implemented (activity pane shows progress of a scan/indexing; server dashboard for resource monitoring [CPU, network, RAM], Plex Dash for Plex Pass members)
