Yeah, in the sense that everything is a suggestion. Nobody expects them to follow through in good faith.
Which wouldn’t be worthwhile, as the suggestion at its core is non-monetizeable. How about this - implement any of the half dozen authentication frameworks that untether it from the ad service plex.tv.
