This is a 12 year old thread for basic functionality. Please don’t insult me by pretending the written policy is more honest than the actions

Also, keep in mind it’s a suggestion – Plex have never promised everything people wish for in this category will be implemented.

Though, reading your barrage of posts today, it appears you’re trying to pick fights wherever you can – drop that.
If you have some contribution to the suggestion – please, contribute. Don’t turn this into your personal battleground.
Yeah, in the sense that everything is a suggestion. Nobody expects them to follow through in good faith.
Which wouldn’t be worthwhile, as the suggestion at its core is non-monetizeable. How about this - implement any of the half dozen authentication frameworks that untether it from the ad service plex.tv.

Engaging those who defend poor behaviour on the part of the company is how it works. This isn’t a private community, it’s one we all paid to be members of.
