As above. For those of us who use managed accounts to separate devices the ability to update the watched/unmatched status of files for all devices under a main user would be helpful.
What do you mean the play count? Plex does keep track of how often something is played, but that info isn’t shown anywhere that I’ve seen.

Bug the way it does keep track. You just need a third party app to display the data, such as PlexPy.
There is a popular request for this to become an integral part of plex however the Devs don’t seem to have noticed just yet.
The devs have noticed it but they do not promise future possible features. There are a lot of valid feature requests that a lot of folks make. some will happen, some won’t, some will take longer than others.
