The web client is a great feature for us who are travelling a lot, but it is a bit lacking in controls. To skip forward or backward in time you need to use the scroll bar. This usually works fine for videos with short length, but its harder with a longer running movie since the bar is the same length. You can easily slip or move the bar by mistake when you let go with the mouse, resulting in plexserver needing to transcode from the wrong part.
I propose a +30sec -15sec to the web client like the mobile clients have.
Since you usually have easier keyboard access with the web client a "skip to" could also make sense.
