[Feature Request] Open a Gosh Dang Customer Service / Support Department

There is literally no support even for paying customers. I’ve had topics open on this forum for weeks without even a “hey we are aware of this issue” or “please provide logs” – it’s literal silence.

If this is a strategic business decision, it’s a poor one from my perspective, especially when you’re competing with free alternatives – dedicated support is one of the few perks you could actually offer.

I am not asking for problems to be “instantly solved by a team of technical wizards”, I’m more asking for any type of caring response or customer service in general. “We care about your problem and will work our best to resolve it” would even go a long way here!
