It would be super-awesome if when a feature doesn’t work - AT ALL - and the documentation simply says, “do this and it will work ;)” while not working at all, there would be a point of contact where this can be addressed, instead of just a message saying, “Look, here’s a section on the website that says Technical Support, but when you go there, we just tell you to piss off.” That would be super, thanks.
The forum is the right place to ask for technical help, but will need some specifics.
The only official support is for billing issue with your account, but could you point me to where exactly you saw this wording? https://support.plex.tv/ should point you to the support articles and this forum.
2024 clean-up: no feature suggestion; previously rejected/closed
