We have separate managed user accounts in our household and one is a hard of hearing / deaf individual that needs subtitles to be displayed whenever available.
It would be extremely helpful if instead of having global subtitle / language settings these could be overridden on a per user basis and only need to be set once in the user’s settings instead of each time they wish to play a tv/movie.
Ideally it would be possible to for the user to force enable subtitles at all times as well as force Plex to transcode videos with subtitles so they do not have to deal with the complexities caused by Roku and other devices challenges with displaying subtitles.
