[Feature Request] Plex for Android ... login defaults ++

Hey Kids

Since the Plex Music update I've been using Plex on my mobile a good deal more than previously. In short, I'm loving it ... but there's a couple one small thing that's really bugging me. I'm wondering if it's "fixable".

First:

My mobile phone is a personal rather than shared device. Routinely speaking, no one else uses it. But every time I open Plex for Android it first asks me to select which (Plex Home) user account I want to use.

That's great, but given I'm using a mobile phone, I'd really like an auto-login option in "Settings" that allows me skip this step. As long as my pre-selected user exists then Plex for Android would auto select that user and hence bypass the (Plex Home) user login step. Of course, after successful launch/login then I should be able switch to a different user as needed and/or change my pre-selected auto-login user and/or disable the auto-login feature.

(Solved ... Thx)

Immediately after selecting my (Plex Home) user account, signing in, Plex brings me to my mobile's Plex server "Home" screen ... which on the phone is empty. Instead it displays a simple message to "Open the Navigation menu and select a library to view content on this server."

That's great, but I'd really like an option in "Settings" that allows me to pre-select a default library to display on start e.g. Music, rather than "Home". As long as my pre-selected library is available then Plex for Android would automatically default to displaying that library's contents on start-up rather than the empty "Home" page. Obviously the user should be free to navigate anywhere else thereafter that they might choose, and/or change their user's "default" library and/or reset the default to "Home".

And just for luck:

Often asked for... given that most folks music libraries aren't especially "small", I too would really like the ability to quickly navigate large my music library via a "contacts" style alphabetic index.

(Solved ... New scroll bar functionality is just the trick, thx)

That's it. Thanks for listening.

Andy

After you login to the the account you want to use go to settings, then account, and then turn on "Sign in Automatically".

Thanks hthighway .... I'd misunderstood that option. Very much appreciated. So much better already :)
