[Feature Request] Plex Media Server: Auto balancing or force a specific quality for each remote user

Hi !
I’m a long time Plex user and I have my first request. I have been in a situation yesterday where a friend of mine have a killer connection compare to my brother who can only stream a 720p (2 Mbps). So my friend with his killer connection changed no setting for the remote quality and killed my brother’s connection. Only left for a 480p quality (what my brother told me). I don’t want to go in each friends house and change the setting for the remote quality. I want a feature where I can fix a roof for the remote quality to not go over. Maybe to be able to load balance dynamically the quality depending on how many users are connected to share equally the speed. 2 features I think will put Plex a big step over the competitions.
