I think it’s a necessary functionality. In my case, I usually delete old seasons after watching them, and I want to record the new ones. But if I choose to record all the episodes, re-record previous seasons, since they are already deleted. I would like a functionality to be able to record only the episodes of a specific season of a series or program.
