Feature Request: Restrict the amount of movies/shows allowed to be streamed per user per day

Could it be possible to restrict the amount of movies or tv shows that can be streamed per day and maybe even per user?

 

Example: Restrict User/Friend-X to 3 movies per day (24 hours period)

It's still a work in progress, and I haven't used it so I can't necessarily recommend it - but have a look at Plex Monitor.

Would also love this feature built in! Maybe even a token system (give users X amount of tokens to use towards plays)
