Hi other forum goers, there isnt much of us left lol…
So back to the point… we all love our home theater setup. Every so often some most of us “showcase” our setups to illustrate its visual and audio capabilities. Most of us have our favorite scenes from various movies that accomplishes this.
Will it be possible to have a macro program built for plex where we can chose the movies and the start and end times and have this user generated playlist ready to go when needed.
I think I understand what you’re aiming for… though I don’t understand what specific feature you’re asking for – but maybe I’m just missing some of your point…
You don’t want to play a specific video but some kind of playlist of clips from different movies in a loop?
looking for the ability to create a movie playlist (of movies in personal library) but by specific start and stop times and autoplay the next in queue.
ie… create a playlist to show off great audio scenes or atmos scenes or everyone’s favorite scenes boomy sub shaking action.
for example on this blog it gives you the direct scene to play instead of watching then entire movie, it would be awesome to create a custom playlist to just have these scenes queued up…
I suppose this is already discussed in an existing feature suggestion… the OP of that thread wants to create a timeline of clips from different Marvel movies; though it’ll probably similar to your suggestion.
In that case… let’s comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting votes. This should especially help suggestions with a low number of votes fragmented over different threads.
