FEATURE REQUEST: Sort/Filter by User Rating

I’d like to be able to Sort/Filter Media (specifically music) by user rating. I have a lot of music in my collection and this would help in sorting/filtering.

This is possible with a custom filter

You can turn this filter into a ‘smart playlist’, so it is available for all apps - even those which don’t support custom filters yet.
