[Feature Request] Subtitle settings on a per show basis

I would like to request the ability to set (or override the default) subtitle settings on a per show basis.

I’m using a Raspberry Pi 3 as my media server, and as long as I don’t try transcoding “on the fly” it works really well, meaning if I want to watch a show that needs subtitles (eg: a subbed anime), it’s best to optimise it beforehand with the global subtitle settings set to either “Shown with foreign audio” or “always enabled”.

This is a problem as unfortunately, Plex thinks a lot of my English speaking shows have “unknown” audio, meaning it tries to display subtitles when it doesn’t need to, resulting in buffering delays/lag. This isn’t an issue if this only happens to one or two videos as you can disable subtitles for that episode while playing, however, this becomes really annoying when you are trying to binge-watch something and you have to stop every episode and disable the subtitles, then restart the episode… The other issue is that if you have the global subtitle settings set to “Manually selected”, then the optimized versions do not contain any subtitles.

If I could set the subtitle settings on a per show basis (or at the very least, as an option when optimizing), then I could set the global subtitle settings to “Manually selected”, and still have the shows that actually need subtitles automatically display them in both optimised and unoptimised versions.
