I’m not sure how recently TheTVDB implemented, but when I refresh Star Trek: The Next Generation, this image becomes the default image for Patrick Stewart: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=actors&id=71470
However, if I go and refresh Blunt Talk, the image everywhere for Patrick Stewart changes to this: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=actors&id=281181
I know this would probably require a non-trivial database schema change, but I think it would be awesome if in addition to a default actor image, there could be series or movie-specific actor images too.

Yes, but the way that Plex stores them doesn’t respect that. If you refresh Star Trek: TNG, and then refresh Blunt Talk, the picture of Patrick Stewart throughout the app is going to be the last one it downloaded. I’m suggesting that Plex keep series/movie specific images for actors, so that when I go back to view TNG, I’ll see Patrick Stewart in his TNG context.
