In plex dashboard there is a top users which is not in the app (which i could find)
there is also no play history in the app.
a daily played line graph would be awesome too. (to see trending of users using plex server)
Which play history are you referring to here? There is a 'history/clock
icon in the top left of now playing, which shows all history. From there, you can use the settings button on the top right, to sort only Others play history.
You may also click a now playing card, and select either Show Item History or Show User History.
Additionally, from the Top Charts page, you can click an item to see which users have played that item (example a top tv show will show which episodes each user played).
