Since the last update the dashboard stopped showing the top users. I can see it if i look into history, but not showing up on dashboard. Any reasons why???
Im having the same issues as well are there any logs I need to look in too. from what I can see my user stats are working but other users do not display. although when I set the time to 30 days i can now see other users in the stats i have sent some screen shots.Uploading: Screen Shot 2018-04-09 at 10.15.01 pm.png…
Started happening again since a couple of weeks.
If i select Last 24h or last 7 days, it shows “no data”, if i select all other time frames it works.
Yep, I’m having the same problem. But I wouldn’t say the other time frames “work” because the counts are off. The 30 day timeframe only appears to work because it is including days from further back, back when the data aggregation was still working.
For example: iIf I look at the top users for the last 30 days in the little widget I’m showing a total of 51 plays for my account, but if I look at the full play history for my account I see 102 plays in the last 30 days. The little widget just stopped counting the plays at some point.
Yes me too. Top users just shows “no data”. Any update on this Plex??

FWIW, mine suddenly just started working again maybe a month ago. Odd.
