Feature Request - User submitted issues

I have a very large collection (> 20 Terabytes), and I have a number of people that make use of my Plex instance. However there doesn’t seem to be a way for users to submit issues with playback to me. I would love to have a mechanism that would allow my users to notify me that quality isn’t good, subtitles are incorrect/out of sync, etc. It would be great to be able to log in and see a list of possible outstanding issues.

I have seen several requests for this kind of functionality. You might want to search those down and “like” them as those votes would have more effect than a new post.

In the meantime might I suggest email? You could even set up a new email account dedicated exclusively to your Plex management. Then you would just give that address to your users to use for issues. It would be well short of ideal but it would give you a single place to look until and if there is a better way.

Any hints on what to search for? I did some googling (and searching) but couldn’t find anything. Every time I search it inevitable links me to the plex “Submit an Issue” page.

I am using an email address currently for issues, the problem I am running into is that most people feel like they are imposing on me by sending an email. I try to explain to them that they are actually helping me make my collection better. But I think that people would be more likely to fix issues if they could just hit a button and say that the subtitles are off/wrong, etc.
