Hi all,
Up until recently, my Fetch Mighty unit has been reading and playing all of my Plex Media with ease, even to the point where the kids can find and play their owns shows and movies, however over the last month this has stopped working i can’t seem to see why .
When a movie or file is selected, the Fetch screen appears to show the file loading, but after 10-15 seconds, a prompt comes up to say “Playback fail for (insert filename here)”.
Has anything changed in the last month or so that may explain this?
i’ve checked and updated any software available for both Plex and my Fetch Might unit, but nothings worked as yet.
For what its worth, its still stream fine to my mobile devices and google chrome unit, just not Plex.
i’ve emailed Fetch with the same issue, so hopefully i get a favorable response from either party ASAP.
any help would be great, as i love the Plex setup and would hate to have to abandon it.

Having exactly the same problem here! Glad its not just me.
so it turns out its the fetch unit, there’s been a software update recently and its created an issue fetch are aware of it and are working to fix it in the next firmware update, problem being it wont be until early next year. would be nice if we could run previous versions of the firmware until the current one is fixed
