Fetch STB playback issues

Hey all using a FETCH mine STB in Australia
PLEX got FetchTV clienr v5.91.0. Fetch is running 4.3 Dungong Bay

noticed this week multiple shows that one played perfectly now don’t and crash the box or get a buffering circle

These are streaming local files direct from my NAS sitting next too

Unfortunately I can’t force an update of Plex for Fetch

I’ve reset the box. I’ve Plex danced files and still issue thinking maybe fetch box is conking out or maybe tv

I can play the files on my minipc where the PMS is on and plays fine

Thanks for confirming its not just me :frowning:
I’ve basically done the same sans wife and kids complaining files aren’t working.

Hopefully a post on the Fetch forums is there already for me to tag onto,or mention of a confirmed upcoming fix.

Hey mate i haven’t put anything to fetch as mine is a Telstra flashed bix I have to send it to them and well they are useless and can’t find where to report to fetch have done so in fb to little help

I almost went to go get a mighty from Telstra incase it’s the box

Now with you I don’t know if it’s the Telstra OS or the Plex app it self

Same issue on three Fetch Mini 4’s. I don’t think it is the hardware.

I have one Mini Gen 5 and same issue.

Seems to be OK on lower res media (720P etc) but crashes on 1080 and up.

Plex Client version 5.92
Plex Platform version 1.0

Fetch version Eagle Bay 4.4.2

Is there a way we can report this to Plex have them look at this it is absolutly frustrating that you can only pause a video once and then ya screwed I doubt Fetch cares and there is no way to tell if that is the absolute latest version - God I miss the TelstraTV where you could - noting it had its own flaws

And now the issue after 3 minutes the sound cuts out. Only on Plex it had to be the version of the app. Telstra won’t care they tried telling me to uninstall it today their AI script bit couldn’t handle the fact of no you can’t. Does not effect when playing same file on my iPad or pc
