Plex media player took a turn for the worse

Since a month or so now, the media player from Plex refuses to play certain TV shows I have, which it used to play just fine in the past. Did they do any update that broke certain playback functionality? It’s old shows but also some newer on https://1921681001.id/ es, don’t see a real pattern to it. Thinking I may have to get rid of PLEX if I can’t find a way to fix this, it’s a real deal breaker when I can’t play 20% of my library anymore. https://19216811.cam/

Not that I’m aware off. You’ll need to provide some more details about your setup for a more qualified feedback (e.g. what Windows version, what version of Plex Media Server)

Also… with which app do you experience this exactly?

  • PMP is getting quite dated and hasn’t been updated in more than 1 year (v2.58).
  • PMP’s successor “Plex HTPC” is currently available as a preview (v1.4.1)
  • Plex for Windows (the “non-HTPC” desktop player)
