"FFMPEG is not implemented" message in console when Plex attempts to transcode

Server Version#: 4.136.0
Player Version#: iOS 8.38.3

I’m not sure when this issue began, but I have an issue where transcoding neither errors or works, it just kind of stalls with the following messages in the logs:

[Req#51a5/Transcode] [FFMPEG] - Huge resolution

followed by

[Req#51a5/Transcode] [FFMPEG] - is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.

and

[Req#51a5/Transcode] [FFMPEG] - If you want to help, upload a sample of this file to https://streams.videolan.org/upload/ and contact the ffmpeg-devel mailing list. (ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org)

The file is a 1080p Blu-ray remux with DTS-HD MA 5.1 sound.

Plex will play the file at original quality without issue, it’s only when attempting to transcode the file that these messages are shown.

Is there a known issue around this? The message seems to indicate that there’s some “feature” in the file that FFmpeg doesn’t support (or, alternatively, the Plex isn’t using the latest version of FFmpeg). I can follow the instructions to upload a sample of the file for FFmpeg to review, but wanted to check for a resolution here before doing that.
