Plex transcoding failures with 1.25.0.5246-1-01 and 1.25.0.5220-1-01

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5246-1-01 and 1.25.0.5220-1-01 using binhex/arch-plexpass

Playback attempts via browser, latest roku and latest android player would just fail. In the error log I would see the following:

Nov 21, 2021 14:26:03.673 [0x1503cc564b38] WARN - [Transcode] [FFMPEG] - is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.

I failed back to 1.24.5.5173-1-01 and playback is working again.

I see the difference in the transcoder between versions.

ffmpeg version be22e26-4019 vs fmpeg version ea7e8c9-4118

Is this just an issue with the binhex docker container? It appears the Plex docker containers are still stuck at 1.24.5.5173-1-01, so I cannot do a comparison.
