File is unplayable. DoVi (Profile 5) color space is not supported

Hello friends,
this message started appearing a few days ago. At the moment it also appears on old films with DV, which I had no problem watching until now.

Plex Media Server reinstalled and again the problem appears, both on the TV and on the computer browser.

I’ve googled about this problem, also in the search engine here and on youtube, but I can’t figure out if it’s my problem and how to fix it.

It means something(s) in your chain, is not DV capable. There are multiple profiles of Dolby Vision, 5 is ONLY dolby vision. Others will also have HDR10 baked in, which will default to play, if your chain can not play DV. I don’t use TV apps, but I suspect it can’t play it, but it does HDR10. Either get a source file with HDR10 or DV+HDR10, or use an external box like the Shield Pro to play everything.

What I didn’t think to do was reinstall the Plex for LG program on the TV. After I removed it and then reinstalled it, the movies started normally
