Is there a way to have my Plex pull files from 2 different computers? I don’t have a single hard drive to handle all files, and I have a rather large music collection (my own) on a separate computer that I’d like to add to my overall Plex experience.
Yes, you can set up a shared folder for the media on the source computer and then mount it over the network on your server. If the source is a Mac, here’s some information on how to set up the share:

You can configure your Mac running the server to automatically mount the network share at login by accessing System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Your User -> Login Items and dragging the shared folder into the list.
