Move server from one Mac to another?

I’m possibly trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist, but what’s the best way of moving a Plex server from one Mac to another?

To clarify: all my media is stored on a NAS, the Mac only provides the server and defines the libraries, custom artwork etc.

Would I be correct in thinking that I can just copy the ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/ folder? Or is it a bit more complex than that?

I’d also make sure that the other machine has identical network share mounts.

Who do we turn to when these steps are followed but I am still unsuccessful at transferring a Plex server from one Mac to another?
